The staff at Kathmandu Grand Hotel were accommodating and friendly. When we encountered difficulties during our trip, they tried their best to accommodate our needs. The room was clean and tidy and the food was of good quality and price. We were safe and happy living here. We chose to stay here again because of the hotel's quality and the staff's friendliness. We were given a warm welcome upon our check-in and return. The Room price at Kathmandu Grand Hotel is good compared to other hotels in the area.

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Shanker which is located at Lazimpat, Near Thamel. The room charge Shanker Hotel offers does not give its justice compared to room amenities, services, facilities, and Welcoming staff. Everything was above my expectations. All the staff and owner goes above and beyond to make happy guest.
My room was big, very clean, safe, and full of amenities. During my 5 day stay, my room was cleaned every day. Breakfast was so delicious and changed items almost every day.
One of the Manager acts as a tour operator and provides all the details of visiting places around Nepal. Not only provides information, He operates trips with good guides and drivers.
Not to mention how big the rooms are, the cleanliness and you feel safe. I didn't once feel like I was at a hotel, felt like we had known them.
We would definitely recommend Shanker Hotel for a comfortable and memorable stay.

Our stay at Hotel Green Park Chitwan was fantastic. We stayed 2 Times. Both times, our stay was great. All the staff were amiable, Helpful and Hard working. The whole Jungle safari experience, sightseeing around the resort, bird watching, and other activities were superb. Especial thanks for our safari guide. He is very knowledgeable and easygoing. The food was delicious. If you plan to visit Chitwan National Park, we suggest choosing this hotel for a comfortable stay.

Best Hotel in Thamel, Kathmandu
My husband and I were in Kathmandu in October 2023 for a few days in this very nice hotel. We spent 5 nights in this hotel before and after our trek and were very satisfied. All the staffs were very friendly and accommodating. The owner is very helpful. The hotel is very well located on the Thamel. The rooms are very clean, and spacious and have modern bathrooms. Rooms with air conditioning, safe, and minibar. The hotel belongs a nice garden equipped with chairs and umbrellas. Furthermore, a restaurant belongs to the hotel with very good food. The laundry service is very good value for money and very fast. We would go back to it. We can only recommend this hotel.
We stayed at Kathmandu Grand Hotel 2 Times during our Nepal and Bhutan trips (before and after our trip). The hotel has a quiet location on a side street and a nice rooftop terrace. We had two different room categories. Both were very clean, cozily furnished and the beds were very comfortable. Wi-Fi was always available.
The buffet breakfast really had everything you need for breakfast, even much more: bread, croissant, cake, jam, honey, nut nougat sauce, muesli, yogurt, fresh fruit, cereals, porridge, various hot Asian dishes, pancakes, bacon, sausage, freshly made omelet on request. We were more than satisfied. What has to be mentioned in a very positive way is the extremely friendly and helpful staff. They always greeted us with a friendly smile and a question about our well-being. We felt very comfortable and will definitely stay here on our next visit to Nepal.
